Refunds and cancellation

Pedal Chronicle is operated by Camplec. Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Try it before you pay

Every account starts with a 30-day free trial, with no card needed, so you can decide whether Pedal Chronicle suits you before you pay anything.

Payments aren't refundable

Because you can try everything first, subscription payments, monthly or yearly and including renewals, aren't refundable, and we don't refund part of a period.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from Settings in the app at any time. Your subscription won't renew, you won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

If something's gone wrong

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or something else has gone wrong with a payment, email support@pedalchronicle.com from the address on your account and we'll put it right. You can also contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law, or the right of consumers in the EU and UK to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
