How does the trial work?

Your 30 days start the first time you sign in. There's nothing to cancel if you decide not to subscribe.

What if I don't subscribe?

When the trial ends, the app locks and alerts stop. Your rides keep syncing for 10 more days, so if you subscribe in that time nothing is missed. Your data is kept until you delete your account.

Which currency will I pay in?

Prices are shown in US dollars. At checkout you'll see the price in your local currency, including any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of any payment. See our refund policy.

Who handles payments?

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles billing, tax and customer service for payments.
